This recording of the Irish/Scottish traditional folk song will probably cause great consternation with the purists of the genre. Performed on a broken Hurdy Gurdy owned by Kinard's best friend that had recently passed, the song was performed for the widow at her request. The Hurdy Gurdy
was not repaired but taken as it was, full of faults. A sort of final release in the memory of a friend.
